Biographies of current CREB members David Baum The chairman of CREB, David Baum has been involved in the WEP since the beginning. He was the Cost Equation Subcommittee Chair for the Exploratory committee. He took over from prior chairman Jim Bride in late June 2008. Professionally, David Baum is an engineer at Raytheon.

Peter Clifford Peter is very interested in renewable energy and its economic, political and environmental impact. He has an electrical engineering background with degrees from Tufts and MIT. Peter is retired after 40 years in the management and development of a wide variety of products and systems. He and his wife Adelaide have lived in Barrington since 1971 and raised three children here.

Peter has been a member of CREB since February, 2008 and is the chair of the Technical Subcommittee.

Allan Klepper Allan Klepper is an original member of CREB, and was also a member of the Ad Hoc Windpower Exploratory Committee. He is currently Town Moderator and has been involved in Barrington government for several decades. Allan has also been one of three appointed Barrington Directors on the Bristol County Water Authority for the past 19 years.

Jessica Millar Jessica Millar is in charge of website functionality. She is interested in the potential for future projects and increased community involvement. One project that particularly interests her is a field study in Barrington with smart grid technology. She moved to Barrington in 2005 and lives near the high school with her husband, daughter and step-children. Jessica has a Ph.D. in math from MIT and is a visiting part time professor in the Brown math department.

Ron Pitt Ron has been the chair of the Health and Safety Subcommittee. Professionally, he has engineering degrees from Wisconsin and Cornell and works in academic administration at Rhode Island College.

Peter Burke Peter Burke is the newest member of the Committee.
